The Labrador is a chalet set in the middle of the Chamonix golf course, an 18-hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones Senior. Facing south towards Mont Blanc, it is 250 metres from La Flégère lifts and 3 km from the centre.
Its Google rating of 4.4 from nearly 300 reviews rewards the setting more than luxury.
On site
A spa, rooms, suites and chalets. The hotel is at the gates of the Aiguilles Rouges nature reserve, which also makes it a hiking address in summer.
Our advice
At €117 for the night of 10 April 2027 when we checked, it is an address of complete peace at a reasonable price. You need a car, the bus or the train for the centre in the evening.
La Cabane des Praz, the neighbouring restaurant on the golf course, saves you the trip for dinner.
